What is Energy Healing? 

Energy healing techniques come from centuries of wisdom from different cultures around the world.  When we don't feel our best, we have an imbalance within our energy systems.  Energy healing techniques are designed to bring health, balance, and well being back to the body.  There are many energy healing techniques, including  Acupuncture, EFT, Qi Gong, Reiki and Therapeutic Touch.  Reiki is a well known and well respected Japanese form of energy healing used for stress reduction and relaxation that triggers our own natural healing abilities which in turn promotes self-healing within our own bodies.    

What is EFT?

Emotional Freedom Techniques, EFT, is also known as Tapping.  It is a powerful tool and healing technique used to improve your life on mental, emotional and physical levels. EFT also has the potential to improve your mood, boost your vitality and dramatically improve your performance in the classroom, sports, your work place and most other areas of your life.  EFT uses your body's natural stress reduction points to produce rapid change.  Stimulation of these points by touching or tapping has been scientifically demonstrated to quickly reduce anxiety, depression, fear, stress relief and so much more.   

We all begin with unlimited potential.  As time goes by, we are influenced by both our external environment as well as our own internal thoughts - both positive and negative.  Unfortunately, at times, these influences may cause us to doubt ourselves and our life's possibilities.  My mission is to facilitate and teach EFT, along with other healing modalities for use as a self help tool to assist in the processing of challenges we all face throughout our lives.
